The EI-SP1.4-E is a compact small grouting system that is ideally suited for processing a wide range of suspensions, especially in the wet mix process. Wide application possibilities in combination with different functions, such as mixing, storing and grouting, make the wet mix system a real all-round talent. The integrated mixer has been designed with a convenient filling height, via which material supplied in bags can also be filled in directly to save time. The machine is suitable for processing an almost infinite variety of materials. These include cement suspensions, priming and insulating plasters, grout, sealing suspensions, grouting mortar, dispersion plaster, cement paste or SPCC mortar. In addition, the station is equipped with a large storage tank in which sufficient mix can be buffered. The vertical eccentric screw pump offers enough power to convey the material at a pressure of up to 12 bar. The integrated forklift guides ensure good mobility on the construction site. Optionally, the system can also be supplied with a trolley.
