The EI-MA200-E mixing station is a high-speed dispersing machine which is suitable for mixing and storing bentonite and cement suspensions or other materials containing solids. The electric drive is robust, capable of dry running and ensures reliable performance even in continuous operation. The colloidal mixer has been designed with a convenient filling height so that bagged material can also be filled easily and quickly. Filling via a silo screw conveyor is also possible. To make operation of the machine even more user-friendly, the mixing station can also be optionally equipped for partially or fully automated dosing of the mix ingredients. In addition, the station has a large storage tank. With a capacity of around 500 liters, sufficient mixing material can be stored temporarily. The necessary buffer of the mix material allows elegantly avoiding cost-intensive idle times. An integrated bottom discharge valve makes it easy to connect an external double plunger pump.
