The EI-IS100-E grouting station is suitable for mixing, storing and injecting bentonite and cement suspensions. With the use of high-quality components, the machine is characterized by its reliability even in the long term and under the highest demands. Convenient handling and an intuitive Siemens control system make the machine a user-friendly experience. As an example, the high-speed colloidal mixer with its low filling height can be filled easily and quickly, even with bagged material. In addition, filling by silo screw conveyor is also possible. For buffering, the station is equipped with a stainless steel tank that can store the material with an impressive capacity of 505 liters. The upright double plunger pump has excellent performance, allowing you to achieve a compression pressure of up to 100 bar. The modular design and good accessibility minimize maintenance time during a service call, ensuring smooth operation on your construction site.
